Hi, I Had A Smear Test Today And Started To

Hi, I had a smear test today and started to bleed. The doctor informed me that she'd nicked a polyp and if I continued to bleed I have to go back tomorrow. I'm 50 years old. I'm not pregnant but for the past few months I have been feeling as though I am. My stomach is huge(as though I'm 6 months gone) my breast hurt and I've gained weight although I eat a strict healthy diet. I'm seeing a gynaecologist doctor next Thursday and my smear test have gone off as urgent. What could be the cause of my symptoms
