Hi. I Had A Sore Throat On Friday And Saturday

Hi. I had a sore throat on Friday and Saturday my head was stuffed up. By Sunday my head and body hurt and I was coughing. Now my cough is so hard that my left and right side tighten up on me like a Charlie Horse and it makes it difficult to breathe. Plus when I get into my coughing attack my body tenses up and it's like numb and tingling at the same time and my head hurts so bad and I feel dizzy. Please help.
