Hi I Had A Spot Between My Breasts A Week

Hi I had a spot between my breasts a week ago. After squeezing this spot it's turned into a small lump it's hard and feels like there's skin in it. Often I wake up its all wet and pussy due to where it is I isn't realy drying up but is becoming sore and bleeds alot. What could this be.
