Hi, I Had A Strange Period Last Friday With No

Hi, I had a strange period last Friday with no cramps and by Sunday it had completely stopped. My periods are normally 5-7 days. I am also feeling flutters in my stomach and feel sick, I don't have sore bressts but my nipples are very sensitive. I've done a pregnancy test but with negative results. Could I still be pregnant?
