Hi I Had A Sub Total Procedure Done On My

Hi I had a sub total procedure done on my thyroid a week ago. One day after surgery, my breast is completely covered with large and small spots of dark red blood inside their veins. I need this to be analyzed. However, the surgeon said the blood would go away naturally. Do you know What could have happened during surgery, why I am left with red blood in the veins of my breast? The right breast is showing less blood in the veins. Look forward to your analysis. Thanks.
