Hi, I Had A Surgery For Plexiform Ameloblastoma Where My

Hi,
I had a surgery for plexiform ameloblastoma where my jaw bone has been removed and reconstructed with a bone from my leg. After the surgery there is a swelling near my right jaw where the surgery had been done. How long will it take for this swelling to go. It has been 2 months since I had done my surgery. And will the swelling go completely. Will my facial shape change?
