Hi. I Had A Surgery To Remove Kidney Stones This

Hi. I had a surgery to remove kidney stones this morning and the did put a ureteral stent with a thread hanging out. I was release from hospital this afternoon. When i went to the washroom to urinate the first time I must have disloge the stent cause the little ring is out and my urine is flowing so I need to put a overnight flow pad and chane it about every 20 minutes. can't retain urine at all. what should i do.
