Hi, I Had A Temporal Skull Fracture An Epidural Hematoma

Hi, I had a temporal skull fracture an epidural hematoma almost 6months ago .. At first I was pretty harsh an walking hurt head severely an id have to stop . I rested as much as possible but the headaches were so bad I went to hospital a an e with them 8weeks after the injury .. They did another ct scan an it was still fractured an not heeled but it had improoved I was told that sometimes when u have hematomas it delays the healing .. But now 6months on ..i still have pain where the fracture was an feels to still be .. Sometimes it feels like it just happened .. Caffine tolerance is down an when I drink alot I seem to get head aches an be aware of where the fracture is ... I have low vit d .. I have been to gp about these pains an concerns that it isn't healing right .. The slightest knock to that area hurts majorly ... An they said its too early to send u for another ct scan etc .. I am just concerned that I have a fracture that hasn't an isn't going to heal right for some reason .. I want to take up martial arts an boxing but I feel that I will not be able to cos feels like I have a very delicate skull .. An fracture that hasn't healed well an will easily re open .. When it happened I was in hospital for 2 nites an then let out an told it shud be fine within 5 weeks .. But that really hasn't happened at all .. I want to know if its possible that my low bit d has ment that my skull fracture has barely healed an I am gonna be left with an extreme weakness for life"
