Hi I Had A Tiny Scratch By A Stray Puppie

Hi I had a tiny scratch by a stray puppie dog yesterday night. I consulted a doctor today who suggested 5 dose of rabipur and human or horse immunoglobulin shots. I had TT shot and the 1 st shot of rabipur today morning.
I consulted another doctor today evening and she said that the immunoglobulin is not required as the its a minor scratch.
Please suggest what I should do. Its been 24 hrs since i got the scratch.
