Hi I Had A Translational Scan Last Week An Was

Hi I had a translational scan last week an was told I had free fluid in my pouch of Douglas in also have a reverted uterus. The Dr also mentioned that I have ovulated ad the egg was in my Fallopian tube I am trying to concieve and my boobs are very sore today my period is not due until the end of next week ? Could this be an early pregannt sign I am 38 years old and have one child already thanks
