Hi, I Had A Tubal Ligation Almost Three Weeks Ago

Hi, I had a tubal ligation almost three weeks ago after my sixth c c-section and now I'm having very heavy brown liquid coming out when I use the bathroom it started out as spotting yesterday and now it's a very heavy discharge. Could someone tell me what could this be?
