Hi I Had A Ulcer Like Thing Removed From The

Hi
I had a ulcer like thing removed from the tip of my tongue .
I was told it's quite a normal thing and better to have it removed to stop the soreness as it was always rubbing on my front teeth
The wound took 3 weeks to heal .
But the tip feels very jelly like a bit numb and sore .
To say I was asked to come back because the biopsy showed abnormalities.
I'm very worried about the possibilities.
I don't like waiting I prefer to knowdoni can deal with the issues .
Can you advise ?
