Hi, I Had A Vein Suddenly Bulge Out Of My

Hi, I had a vein suddenly bulge out of my leg. The vein is about the size of a pencil. It is throbbing. It lessens if I sit or lay. I do have factor V blood disorder. Not on any meds for that other then a baby aspirin. I have had a blood clot before and this feels different although it is in a different location. Should I go in or is it just painful varicose vein.
