Hi. I Had A Very Severe Migraine Two Weeks Ago

Hi. I had a very severe migraine two weeks ago that finally subsided 4 days later. I still have fullness, ringing in ears, etc. I now have severe pains in my back right shoulder blade and just above my right breast going under the arm. My doctor has scheduled a CT scan next but the back and chest pain concern me, any ideas as to what is cursing he pain?
