Hi I Had A Viganaly Histarectomy In Febuary This Year

Hi I had a viganaly histarectomy in febuary this year since then I have been off and on in along with leg pain and back pain hip pain and have now got a limp and struggling with walking ! I work as a stylist and am on my feet all day when I come to rest I can't lay on eather side I toss and turn causing sleepless nights the pain is becoming a real pain could it have occurred during opp ? Is it sciatica ?
