Hi I Had A Viral Sickness Bug 7 Days Ago

Hi I had a viral sickness bug 7 days ago and passed out due to my blood pressure being low it measured 63/89 did increase to 90 after laying down & since then I have felt very lethargic & sleepy dizzy spells & nausea. Feeling of indigestion aswell I also have mitral valve regurgitation I'm 37yrs old & usually well. Is there anything i can do to help with how I feel
