Hi I Had A Weird Vision Issue Two Days Ago

Hi I had a weird vision issue two days ago it was like I couldn't focus -- blurry vision and bright floaty it went away after few minutes but then sharp nerve like pain in my head/neck wheb I cough. I also had it happen again last night and felt dizzy. My ears feel like I need to pop them and can't and hear cracking sound it's also making me feel dizzy..I have high blood pressure and wondered if it could be because it's not controlled?
