Hi I Had A X-ray Of My Back Done Yesterday.

Hi I had a x-ray of my back done yesterday. And this morning when I woke up I had noticed spotting in my underwear, I just got off my period on the 15th of February and it is now only the 24th. the nurse asked if I'm pregnant and I said no because I just finished a cycle. can the x-ray cause the bleeding, and should I be worried?
