Hi I Had Adenocarcinoma Cervical Cancer Which Went To The

Hi I had adenocarcinoma cervical cancer which went to the bone. Cervix cancer and hip bones all clear after treatment. Now have a cancer on my L1 spine which did not respond to radiation and just had radiation to my t3 which seems to have worked. Just had full bloods and my haemoglobin was low 114L usually 139L , HCT usually 0.42 now 0.34, WCC usually 6.1 now 3.1 & Lymphocytes usually 2.0 now 0.6, rest all good. What can I do to improve?
