Hi, I Had All 4 Of My Wisdom Teeth Removed

Hi, I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed exactly 72 hours ago. I feel a weird discomfort in my extraction sites. Just a minute ago a white hard odorless chunk (seemed like cartilage) felt like it came from one of my extraction sites. I spit it out, but im very worried that that was the blood clot meant to stay there! I feel little to no pain, just a general discomfort and feeling of emptiness in my extraction sites. I'm pretty nervous that I have, or will get dry socket.

Any help is appreciated.
P.S. I have a follow up appointment in a few days, so in advance, yes i'm going to see my dentist soon
