Hi . I Had All Signs Of Hypothyroid . Started

Hi . I had all signs of hypothyroid . Started to paint my arms with betadine . A lot of changes I had , grow back my eyebrows and eyelashes , a full head of hair , my breast feels perfect , no puffy eyes , my face is not moon shape anymore . My skin from pale now is toned and i have lose weight that was impossible before ,

I used lugols but it did not have the same effect as betadine , betadine did evident effect .
I am affraid if it is harmful ??? I know it is not pure iodine
Help :-)
I have touch chlorine bleach to clean house , , i think this is the reason of blocking my thyroid fuction
