Hi, I Had Always Period Problems I'm Irregular,sometimes I Wouldn't

Hi,
I had always period problems
I'm irregular,sometimes I wouldn't have my period for over 6 months.
My doctor gave hormones for years I wasn't feeling too good so I stop taking them. After the years it was on and off.I got married and waited for babies for about 5 years I never used protection of any kind.Then I got pregnant had a lot of problems I began bleeding when I was 8 weeks and the doctors told me my baby stop growing weeks before.They said I would have a miscarriage I waited and nothing happens went to a different clinic and they said baby was growing but at risk.i bleed the whole pregnancy and she was premature 6 1/2 months via c section.Shes 2 1/2 years old really healthy the problem is that I have long periods now sometimes even 2 weeks,sometimes they stop for a day and they start even stronger. This month I had my period for 4 days the last day was really low and brown then stop for the whole day until late at night I started bleeding a lot,then like that for 2 days and the 3rd day I started having lower stomach pain and my upper is really hard.Also a lot of blood clots they pretty big never had so much blood on my periods before specially with clots.
