Hi, I Had An EKG Done And Meet With My

Hi, I had an EKG done and meet with my Dr about it. She said that it shows evidence of a heart attack in the last 2 months. (because I had an EKG in October) only thing is I can't remember ever having felt tightness in my chest or any other symptoms of an attack. could there be an issue with the EKG results? I read about silent attacks but usually there is some sort of a sign isn't there?
