Hi! I Had An HSBC Done The Report Said I

Hi! I had an HSBC done the report said I have an lobulated uterus. Because I had two myomectomy done four months ago.
Could that effect from having children?

Also the report said I have an opacification of normal appearing bilateral fallopian tubes. And venous intravasation.
