Hi I Had An MRI Recently And It Says There

Hi I had an MRI recently and it says there is prominence of parietal lobe sulci with widening with respect to the patients age (21 at the time of mri), suggesting mild peripheral cerebral volume loss. What does this mean? The doctor said my results were normal but volume loss seems worrisome.
