Hi I Had An MRI Today It Revealed Fluid In

Hi I had an MRI today it revealed fluid in the left mastroid air cell, also a cyst in my right maxillary sinus. I have had lightheadedness for over a year, could this be the cause? My doc just emailed me the report with no explanation, I'm sure he will get with me soon, I was just trying to figure it out. Thanks
