Hi I Had An A Unprotected Sex And After Two

I had an a unprotected sex and after two days i had swollen foreskin and under that 2 white patches in which came out pus and itchy foreskin + penis. So i went 6 days after to take a test for chlamydia, gonorrhea + trich and the test was negative but did i went too early to take a test so it might be not accurate. I know that the test i took was urine test in pcr + luminex xmap method. Do i still need to worry.
