Hi I Had An Abortion September 23 Started Birth Control

Hi I had an abortion September 23 started birth control two later took the pack for 3 weeks the decided to stop taking them for last 7 inactive pills two days later had mild bleeding much lighter than a period with small clots in it not sure if that was my period or not don't know how to tell the differences should I just wait the month of November to see if I get a regular period
