Hi, I Had An Abortion At 13 Wks About 5

Hi, I had an abortion at 13 wks about 5 days ago and I haven't had any clots at all since the procedure but all day today I've noticed I had really bad cramps then when I went to the bathroom I seen I just passed a large slimy dark red thing. I looked at it and at first it was in a ball and I rolled it out with the tissue and it was long? I am confused.
