Hi I Had An Abortion With Pill On November 4th.

Hi I had an abortion with pill on November 4th. I bleed until Dec 4th. Bleeding stopped for 1 week and started again something like a period. I have been bleeding since then. Now the bleeding seems to have a pinkish color. Does it mean it's almost over? I regret the abortion and I want to try being pregnant again. Is it okay to try now?
