Hi. I Had An Abortion With The Pill About 2

Hi. I had an abortion with the pill about 2 months ago. Today i started my second period since then and its been a heavy flow with clots thus far. My gynea recommended dicynone. My problem is that i didnt detect my period so i couldnt take dicynone 5 days before my period as prescibed. Can i start taking it now and what would the effects be.
