Hi I Had An Appointment With Gynacologist Few Days Back

Hi I had an appointment with gynacologist few days back after being reffered with a mass in ovary. He said I have a large dominant egg and need to take the pill to shrink it. However I still have lower back pain and pain in lower abdomen which I can't see any relationship to having a large dominant egg?
