Hi, I Had An Area On The Right Side Of

Hi, I had an area on the right side of my penis that got rubbed raw to the point it scabed over. Unfortunately i'm a picker and I picked the scab off and it hurt bad. The scab healed and you can't tell anything was there. However it still feels raw. Should I see a dermatologist?
