Hi I Had An Blood Transfusion 5 Days Ago Due

Hi I had an blood transfusion 5 days ago due to low hemoglobin 6.9 & everything seemed to be fine afterwards..I was discharged the next day..Today for some odd reasons I'm seeing blood in my urine and having lil bit of chest pain this is starting to scare me cause I've never had blood in my urine what's going on?
