Hi, I Had An Cortisone Inyection And At The Same

Hi, I had an cortisone inyection and at the same time I took a cortisone pill for like 3 weeks. 1 the firsy week, half of it the second week and 1/4 the last week. I havent taken any cortisone pill for a week but still have a lot of side effects. Like a pain in my kidney, my veins are swollen and dark and a lot of tachycardia. For how long do I have to wait till the side effects are gone? Many thanks
