Hi I Had An Ectopic Pregnancy Removed At 8 Weeks

Hi I had an ectopic pregnancy removed at 8 weeks on 4/2. I had bleeding after and a full cycle may 13 -18 may 20th I had an hsg test done which showed both tubes blocked. I haven't had a period since May 13 and all pg test are bfn. I'm concerned and I feel like I can't be pg because doctor told me the only I could conceive is through ivf.
