Hi, I Had An Ectopic Surgery Five Months Ago, I

Hi, I had an ectopic surgery five months ago, I get my period regularly but they are painful they start as light pink spots and then disappear for three or four days and then I get the heavy flow and severe cramps and back pains. I am currently not using any kind of contraceptive or protection and hAve not been successful being pregnant.
