Hi, I Had An Intercourse 10 Days Back Without Protection.

Hi, I had an intercourse 10 days back without protection. After that day the head of my penis has been red and recently, 2 days back the tip of the foreskin showed some swelling and pain. Yesterday I started seeing tiny blisters under the foreskin and on the head of the penis. It's difficult to retract the skin because of the heavy burning sensation while doing it. There is some white sticky dirty that I noticed when I retracted the skin yesterday with caution. I'm uncircumcised. The ulcer like spots inside the foreskin are painful. What could the problem be?
