Hi, I Had An Issue With A Blocked Ear On

Hi, I had an issue with a blocked ear on vacation. It woud block and I could get it to unblock. I had a well visit when I returned and told the Dr. She said I had a large ball of wax in the ear. so she flushed it out. When she was doing it I had a little pain and my ear blocked. She gave me an antibiotic because she saw some inflammation behind where the wax was. It's 3 days later and my ear is still blocked. Is this normal?
