Hi! I Had An Iui Last March 15,2016 And Now

I had an iui last march 15,2016 and now waiting if could be successful. My question is I put citrone progesterone or vaginal gel every night before bed time but I think those medicines I inserted is not successfully go to my uterus do you think this can be lead to iui failure? Second after 1.5 hours of my iui, I go to bathroom to pee, and I saw some fluid with minor blood satin is this normal or the fluid I daw is the Sperm injected to me, this also could lead to a failed iui?
