Hi. I Had An Operation Of Overian Cyst Before 2

Hi. I had an operation of overian cyst before 2 yrs. 1 yr. Back i had sonography which resulted that there os no redevelopment of cyst. I am gaining weight presently. & periods are little irrgular. Is it sign of cyst? & if yes, how much will be the size of cyst generally in a year? Can it be removed without operation? Jst by pills? Will i stop gaining weight after i take pills?
