Hi I Had An Urine Test And It Said I

Hi I had an urine test and it said I had protein in it.I have also had lower dull persistent backache too and a feeling of being bloated.can you please put my mind at rest with a diagnosis. I also have a blood test due Friday.what could be the likeliest cause?.
