Hi, I Had Anal Fissure For Few Months And I

Hi, I had anal fissure for few months and I went chinese clinic where they do non western treatment, and now I am all healed, but when I had the fissure I was feeling pain in my left testical and now I feel a lump in the area between the testical and the anus, I went to my family doctor and got antibiotics, but I still feel the pain and the lump is still there, wheat should I do next?
