Hi, I Had Ankle Surgery In September And Major Tendon

Hi, I had ankle surgery in September and major tendon repair. It's been getting much better but I twisted it a week ago and a couple days ago heard a pop and it's been very bruised. Today the pain is so bad I'm in tears and almost vomiting. My doctor is an hour away and can't see me for two days, I don't know what to do for the pain or if I should be concerned over how bruised it is and how much pain I am in?
