Hi, I Had Back Surgery 3 Years Ago For Ruptured

Hi, I had back surgery 3 years ago for ruptured disc at the age of 23. I have been on pain meds since that time. About a year ago, to get better pain relief I was prescribed percoset instead of the 10 mg loratab to get adequate pain relief. Over the past several months, it has taken more & more percoset to help the pain. I realized my tolerance to the pain meds was way to high. I have taken suboxene for the past ten days... 1/3 of a strip three times a day. I have not had suboxene since Wed & today my back pain where I had the surg. got increasingly worse. I cannot get relief. The weather temp also went from an average of 65 degrees daily to a high today of 40 degrees. This has been my worst day. I have been taking Aleve twice a day while on the suboxene. I am scheduled for an MRI in two weeks. I am at a loss of what to do now to control my back pain without getting back on opiates. Any help will be much appreciated.
