Hi! I had breast cancer 4 years ago. No chemo. My T score was 3.8 four years ago. After being on Tamoxifen 20 mg/day, four years, my T score is -3.5. With diet, exercise and taking 1000 iu Vit d3 2x day and Viactiv chewable 2x day. My oncologist ordered the Prolia injection & I refuse to do that. I know that I need to do something but I want to do the right thing. Roddy
