Hi, I Had Brown/bloody Spotting For About 10 Days Before

Hi, I had brown/bloody spotting for about 10 days before my period. for more than year. Went to doctors and she prescribed me utovlan. I dont have heavy or long periods (my are very little). Have been taking them for three moths - spotting stopped then but after I stoped taking the pils it came back the same. Does it means that I will be ok and no spotting only when I am on tablets? I am taking them now again but it really upsets me thinkig that I will have to take them maybe all my life.
