Hi. I Had Cancer Surgery With A 12 In. Incision

Hi. I had cancer surgery with a 12 in. incision to remove the uterus. I had a lot of swelling and broken stiches with fluid spilling out of the incision. Surgery was done Dec. 17/2015. My incision has healed but my stomach is very distended and hard to the touch. Do I need fluids drained or leave it to subside on it's own?
