Hi, I Had Cataract Lens Implant Done Right Eye Two

Hi, I had cataract lens implant done right eye two years ago. Recently diagnosed with glaucoma in that eye meaning some loss of visual field as detected in goldman visual field test. Have bec ome more aware of vision annomolies in right eye. Now am seeing black round/elongted ball in lower nasal portion of visual field when I look to the right? While I doubt I am seeing visual field loss could it be some form of shadow from implant lens.? This might have been present all along but vililence on my part due to glaucoma news caused me to notice it? Yeah, that's a question.
