Hi I Had Colon Surgery About A Year And A

Hi I had colon surgery about a year and a half ago and now I have a bacterial infection in my foot. I also now have c-diff so I was taking vancomycin for about 2 weeks and today they are changing it to half the dose plus adding flagyl. I have a colostomy bag and Now since on the vancomycin the diarrhea is gone but now. My stools have been like soft serve ice-cream. Is this all related to the antibotics or something else. Please help.
